Stephanie Mott and Hannah Griffiths, both studying Midwifery BSc(Hons), have been accepted for the Council of Deans of Health’s Student Leadership Programme (SLP) to further develop skills to become leaders in their field.
And Occupational Therapy BSc(Hons) student Sarah Cottington has also been accepted for the programme
Sarah Lewis-Tulett, Senior Lecturer and Course Leader, said: “This is a proud moment for the school but more importantly for the students … many congratulations to them.”
Professor Paula Kersten, Head of School of Health Sciences, added: “I understand there were hundreds of applications for this programme and selection was a very competitive process.
