The latest NSS results show that 80 percent of °®¶¹´«Ã½ students are satisfied with their overall experience. The University’s overall satisfaction rating has remained constant whilst the average for the Higher Education sector as a whole has declined by two percent over the past year.
Commenting on the NSS results, Professor Stephen Denyer, Pro-Vice Chancellor for Education and Student Experience said: “Our students are at the heart of everything that we do and their views and feedback are vitally important. I am pleased to see that we have maintained our overall student satisfaction rating against a falling sector average – but we want to do much better.
“As in previous years we will be using the NSS results to help us focus on making targeted improvements to all aspects of our course provision and to drive sharing of best practice between high performing Schools and courses and those that need to improve.”
