The students will wear bespoke shirts made by when they race the car they have designed and built at Silverstone circuit as part of the Formula Student competition from 17–21July.
Formula Student sees over 100 university teams from around the world travel to Silverstone to compete in events that will test their preparation and engineering skills.
The Brighton students – who all study Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive and Aeronautical) – will also wear the Gresham Blake garments at public-facing events such as Open Days and the Brighton Speed Trials.
Explaining how the collaboration came about, Dr Daniel Coren, Coordinator of Brighton Racing Motors, said: “Our team members were keen to arrive at the Silverstone competition event with smart, formal dresswear.
